Backing Boris!

Leyton & Wanstead Conservatives were out in force on Saturday promoting Boris' proposed freeze on council tax increases. Under Ken, the GLA element of the average council tax bill increased by over £900. Under Boris, there has been NO INCREASE and Boris wil keep it that way whilst Londoners continue to struggle in the current economic climate.
